Account Executive
About this role
Garage is building a high-performing go-to-market team and needs an Account Executive with a proven track record to scale our marketplace for specialized vehicles and equipment. This role is critical to winning new logos, expanding our footprint, and partnering with public-sector customers in a fast-paced, venture-backed environment.
What youll do
- Take end-to-end ownership of the full sales cycle, from sourcing and discovery to closing new logos.
- Balance a 50/50 split of inbound and outbound sales motions to build your own pipeline and drive new business.
- Engage directly with customers, including traveling to meet them in person, to understand their needs and build strong, relationship-driven partnerships.
- Work collaboratively with a low ego, representing Garage at conferences and in front of customers like fire chiefs and fleet managers.
- Maintain a highly organized and disciplined approach, utilizing CRMs to manage your growing book of business.
What Garage is looking for
- 3+ years of experience in Account Executive positions.
- Experience in a full-cycle sales role, including outbound prospecting.
- Experience balancing inbound and outbound sales motions.
- Experience utilizing CRMs to manage a book of business.
- Willingness to travel to meet with customers in person.
- Experience selling to government municipalities.
- Experience at an early-stage, venture-backed startup.
- Experience representing a company at conferences and in front of customers.
