If you bring a strong work ethic and empathy, our fully paid certification program is the perfect bridge into healthcare—no prior behavioral health experience required!

How We Invest in You

  • 100% Paid RBT Certification: We cover all costs for your 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) coursework and national exam within your first 8 weeks.

  • Competitive Starting Pay & Raises: Start at $17.00 – $18.50/hr with structured performance and compensation evaluations every 6 months to grow your base income.

  • Consistent Daytime Schedule: Work 8:00 AM – 4:15 PM, Monday through Friday—no evenings, no weekends, and predictable clinic hours (occasional team meetings extend to 5:00 PM).

  • Direct Clinical Mentorship: Work directly alongside experienced, accessible BCBAs in an energizing clinic setting (proudly BCBA-D owned and operated by Dr. Michelle Kuhn).

  • Comprehensive Benefits: Medical, dental, and vision insurance, PTO accrual, paid holidays, 401(k), life insurance, and disability coverage.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide 1-on-1 Direct Therapy: Implement individualized plans to help children reduce challenging behaviors, build daily living skills, and foster functional communication.

  • Deliver Assent-Based Care: Champion neurodiversity-affirming care, prioritizing child safety, comfort, and active engagement in a fun clinic environment.

  • Track Session Data: Use a clinic tablet to record real-time session metrics and write objective daily progress notes.

What We’re Looking For

  • Mindset & Background: High energy, deep empathy, and a strong drive to support children. Great for individuals with backgrounds in education, childcare, caregiving, healthcare support, or recent grads seeking a clinical path!

  • Education: High school diploma, GED, or higher.

  • Requirements: Valid driver's license and reliable personal transportation for daily clinic travel.

  • Physical Stamina: Ability to sit on the floor, stand, bend, kneel, crouch, and move quickly to actively engage children and ensure clinic safety protocols.
