OVERVIEW:

As a Sales Supervisor, you will support the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager in driving sales, developing the team, and delivering an elevated customer experience. You will lead by example on the sales floor, build lasting customer relationships, and help ensure consistent execution of the brand’s service, merchandising, and operational standards.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Achieve personal sales goals and help drive the store’s overall sales performance.

  • Lead by example in delivering an elevated and personalized customer experience.

  • Build and maintain customer relationships through client outreach, appointment setting, and consistent follow-up.

  • Coach, motivate, and provide direction to Sales Associates during assigned shifts.

  • Help keep the team focused on sales goals, customer service, and daily business priorities.

  • Recognize strong performance and contribute to a positive, collaborative team environment.

  • Support the execution of visual presentation, merchandising, and replenishment standards.

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and customer-ready sales floor.

  • Process transactions accurately and follow all cash-handling and register procedures.

  • Support opening, closing, and daily store operations as assigned.

  • Follow and reinforce company policies related to safety, loss prevention, and operational compliance.

  • Communicate business updates, customer feedback, and operational concerns to store leadership.

  • Perform additional responsibilities based on the needs of the business.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • At least one year of specialty apparel retail leadership or management experience.

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in retail, business, or a related field is a plus.

  • Demonstrated ability to achieve sales goals and contribute to overall store performance.

  • Experience with client outreach, appointment setting, and maintaining a customer network or client book.

  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer-service skills.

  • Ability to coach, motivate, and coordinate the work of others.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment.

  • Availability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
