Manage Frac Flowback wells and supervise crew members while ensuring equipment is maintained and operated safely. Responsible for daily reporting, client communication, and maintaining strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards.
Requires over 2 years of Frac Flowback experience, preferably with at least one year in a supervisory role. Candidates must be able to perform heavy lifting, work flexible schedules in various weather conditions, and possess strong leadership and computer skills.
