The Firefighter/EMT is responsible for responding to fires, medical emergencies, and hazardous material incidents while maintaining fire apparatus and equipment. They perform structural and aircraft firefighting, rescue operations, and facility fire prevention inspections.
Candidates must have at least five years of experience, a high school diploma, and relevant certifications including DoD or IFSAC Fire Fighter I and II, ARFF, and HazMat Operations. Applicants must also be able to obtain a Secret U.S. Government Clearance and reside in a remote location.
Amentum is looking for a Firefighter/EMT to join our team on Andros Island, Bahamas. As a Firefighter/EMT, you will be responsible for responding to fires, rescue, and emergency medical needs of the AUTEC Community to include Range User personnel and assets on the AUTEC project. Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret U.S. Government Clearance. Note: U.S. Citizenship is required to obtain a Secret Clearance.
