Ο Contract Manager είναι υπεύθυνος για τη συνολική διαχείριση του χαρτοφυλακίου συμβολαίων προληπτικής & επανορθωτικής συντήρησης και τεχνικής υποστήριξης συστημάτων Security & Life Safety, διασφαλίζοντας την πλήρη συμμόρφωση με τους συμβατικούς όρους, την επίτευξη των συμφωνημένων επιπέδων εξυπηρέτησης (SLA) και την υψηλή ικανοποίηση των πελατών.
Κύριες Αρμοδιότητες
Διαχείριση και παρακολούθηση συμβολαίων συντήρησης και τεχνικής υποστήριξης, συμπεριλαμβανομένων των όρων, υποχρεώσεων, χρονοδιαγραμμάτων, SLA και διαδικασιών ανανέωσης ή επέκτασης.
Προγραμματισμός, συντονισμός και παρακολούθηση των προληπτικών συντηρήσεων, διασφαλίζοντας την έγκαιρη και ποιοτική εκτέλεσή τους σύμφωνα με το συμβατικό πλάνο.
Διαχείριση αναγγελιών βλαβών και αιτημάτων υποστήριξης (ticket management), συμπεριλαμβανομένης της καταγραφής, αξιολόγησης, ιεράρχησης, ανάθεσης και παρακολούθησης μέχρι την οριστική αποκατάσταση.
Παρακολούθηση της τήρησης των δεικτών απόδοσης (KPIs) και των συμφωνημένων χρόνων απόκρισης και αποκατάστασης (SLA), με λήψη διορθωτικών ενεργειών όπου απαιτείται. Σύνταξη και παρουσίαση περιοδικών αναφορών
Συντονισμός τεχνικών ομάδων, υπεργολάβων και συνεργείων πεδίου για την αποτελεσματική παροχή των υπηρεσιών συντήρησης.
Συνεργασία με την αποθήκη και τις προμήθειες για τη διασφάλιση της διαθεσιμότητας ανταλλακτικών, εξοπλισμού και αναλωσίμων.
Ανάπτυξη και διατήρηση σχέσεων συνεργασίας με πελάτες, εξωτερικούς συνεργάτες και εσωτερικές ομάδες, με στόχο τη συνεχή βελτίωση της παρεχόμενης υπηρεσίας.
Απαιτούμενα Προσόντα
Πτυχίο ΑΕΙ/ΤΕΙ, κατά προτίμηση Ηλεκτρολόγου ή Ηλεκτρονικού Μηχανικού
Τουλάχιστον 3 έτη επαγγελματικής εμπειρίας σε διαχείριση συμβολαίων συντήρησης, τεχνικής υποστήριξης, service management ή τεχνικό συντονισμό έργων, ιδανικά σε αντικείμενο ηλεκτρονικών/τεχνικών συστημάτων ή συστημάτων ασφαλείας.
Εξοικείωση με εργαλεία MS Office 365 & επιθυμητό ERP, CRM, Ticketing Systems
Καλή γνώση της Αγγλικής γλώσσας, προφορικά και γραπτά.
