În calitate de Student practicant, sarcinile tale zilnice vor include:
Suport tehnic: Asistarea la configurarea, instalarea și depanarea stațiilor de lucru, laptopurilor și echipamentelor periferice ale angajaților.
Mentenanță Software și OS: Ajutor la instalarea, actualizarea și configurarea aplicațiilor software și a sistemelor de operare.
Gestionarea tichetelor: Monitorizarea și preluarea solicitărilor din sistemul intern de suport IT, rezolvarea problemelor simple sau escaladarea celor complexe.
Administrarea conturilor de utilizator: Actualizarea informațiilor din profilele angajaților și gestionarea elementelor de securitate.
Gestiunea inventarului: Documentarea, urmărirea și gestionarea echipamentelor IT ale companiei, a componentelor hardware și a licențelor software.
Proiecte speciale: Participarea la inițiativele echipei de IT, cum ar fi migrări de sisteme, upgrade-uri de rețea sau crearea de ghiduri și documentație tehnică internă.
