Systematically evaluate AI tools and frameworks to build prototypes and integrate AI solutions into existing development processes. Define best practices and quality gates for the responsible use of AI in software development while acting as a technical point of contact across teams.

Requirements

Requires a technical degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering, or equivalent proven experience through projects and GitHub. Must have a strong understanding of the current AI landscape, including LLMs and AI agents, and be fluent in both English and German.

  • Du befähigst unsere Entwicklungsteams im praktischen Einsatz von KI – von Code-Generierung über KI-gestütztes Refactoring bis hin zu Agentic Workflows.
  • Du definierst Best Practices, Nutzungsrichtlinien und Quality Gates für den verantwortungsvollen Einsatz von KI in der Software-Entwicklung.
  • Du arbeitest teamübergreifend als technischer Ansprechpartner und stellst sicher, dass KI-Initiativen messbaren Mehrwert liefern.

  • Du hast eine technische Ausbildung (Informatik, Software Engineering oder vergleichbar) – oder überzeugst mit nachweisbaren Ergebnissen aus eigenen Projekten, GitHub-Repos oder Community-Engagement.
