We are looking for a Product Manager for Watch (Demand Generation, who takes responsibility naturally, thinks in outcomes and wants to build, improve, and scale — not just “execute tasks.”

Own the end-to-end customer journey for luxury watch demand generation, from discovery to qualified lead generation.
Drive product strategy and execution to improve user acquisition, product discovery, trust, and conversion through data-driven experimentation and cross-functional collaboration. Success is measured by growth in qualified sessions, lead generation, and revenue.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, Design, or a related field.
3–5+ years of experience in Product Management, preferably in e-commerce, marketplace,
or consumer technology.
Proven track record of driving growth, conversion, or demand generation through digital
products.
Strong analytical skills with experience using product analytics tools (e.g., GA4, Mixpanel,
Amplitude) to make data-driven decisions.
Experience defining product roadmaps, prioritizing initiatives, and managing the product
development lifecycle.
Familiarity with experimentation methodologies, including A/B testing and
hypothesis-driven product development.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to align
cross-functional teams.
Customer-centric mindset with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Exposure to SEO, merchandising, CRM, or growth marketing is a plus.
Experience in luxury retail, fashion, watches, or premium consumer products is an
advantage.
