Reporting directly to the CEO of Vital Ireland with a matrix reporting line to the Group CIO, the Head of IT will provide technology leadership to support the Group’s growth and transformation agenda. The role combines strategic leadership with hands-on delivery responsibility, leading a team of 10 professionals and managing an annual IT budget of €2 million.
The Head of IT will act as a trusted partner to the business, ensuring a secure, resilient and scalable technology environment while driving continuous improvement, digital enablement and the adoption of AI and modern workplace technologies. Working closely with the Group CIO, the role will contribute to Group-wide technology initiatives and strategy.
