La retribuzione prevista in Accenture viene definita sulla base di molteplici elementi di valutazione, tra cui – ad esempio - il ruolo ricoperto, il livello di seniority, il grado di responsabilità, le competenze professionali e l’esperienza maturata. Per la presente posizione, è previsto un livello di inquadramento B2 nel CCNL Metalmeccanico.
La fascia di retribuzione annua lorda prevista è compresa tra € 32.000 e € 50.500.

Laurea in discipline STEM o esperienza equivalente in ambito embedded/software engineering
Esperienza consolidata, preferibilmente almeno 4 anni, nello sviluppo firmware embedded in contesti industriali o product-oriented
Ottima conoscenza di C/C++ applicato all’embedded, con padronanza di gestione memoria, concorrenza, interrupt, registri, periferiche e ottimizzazione delle risorse
Solida esperienza su microcontrollori e piattaforme embedded, ad esempio STM32, ESP, NXP, Microchip, Nordic, Infineon, Silicon Labs, Renesas o equivalenti
Conoscenza approfondita di architetture bare-metal e RTOS, inclusi task scheduling, sincronizzazione, code, semafori, gestione memoria, timing e real-time constraints
Esperienza nello sviluppo di driver, HAL, bootloader, middleware e componenti firmware riutilizzabili
