The QC Technician will monitor product quality against specifications and support the implementation of food safety standards like HACCP and BRC. They will also conduct regular audits, manage testing programs, and lead the daily product quality meeting.
Candidates should have 2-3 years of experience in a quality role within FMCG or food manufacturing. A diploma in Science, Technology, or Engineering is preferred, along with strong knowledge of BRC and major retailer standards.

The Role
Join our Quality team in Longford to implement the systems that keep our products safe, consistent and customer-ready. Working closely with Operations, Engineering, NPD and Planning, you'll help drive a culture of quality across the site and deputise for the Quality Manager when required.
