🎯 Propósito del Cargo

Definir, implementar y ejecutar la estrategia comercial del portafolio Epson, actuando como enlace estratégico entre el fabricante, los Partners (canales) y los equipos internos de Ingram Micro.
El rol es responsable de impulsar el crecimiento del negocio, la rentabilidad y la participación de mercado de la marca, asegurando una ejecución comercial sólida, con foco en el Partner y en la generación de valor sostenible.

 

🧩 Principales Responsabilidades

  • Gestionar integralmente el portafolio de Epson.

  • Definir y administrar, en conjunto con el fabricante, el portafolio de productos, lanzamientos y roadmap comercial.

  • Asegurar un stock saludable, alineado a la demanda del mercado y al forecast comercial.

  • Administrar políticas de precios, márgenes, rebates y programas comerciales, resguardando la rentabilidad del negocio.

  • Diseñar y ejecutar estrategias comerciales para cumplir y superar objetivos de venta mensuales, trimestrales y anuales.

  • Construir y fortalecer relaciones de largo plazo con Epson y los Partners, apoyando cierres comerciales y el desarrollo de nuevas oportunidades.

  • Realizar seguimiento de pipeline, forecast y KPIs comerciales, proponiendo planes de acción oportunos.

  • Coordinar campañas de marketing, generación de demanda, promociones y eventos en conjunto con áreas internas.

  • Realizar entrenamientos, presentaciones comerciales y capacitaciones de producto a Partners y equipos internos.

  • Gestionar y resolver incidencias comerciales, operativas o contractuales con apoyo de los equipos internos de Ingram Micro.

👤 Perfil del Cargo

Formación Académica:

  • Ingeniería Comercial, Ingeniería Civil Industrial o carrera profesional afín.

Experiencia:

  • Al menos 2 a 4 años de experiencia como Product Manager, Vendor Manager o rol similar.

  • Experiencia en industria tecnológica, idealmente en impresión y suministros o mayoristas.

  • Relación directa con fabricantes y manejo de portafolios de productos.

Conocimientos y Habilidades:

  • Gestión de portafolio y ciclo de vida de productos.

  • Análisis comercial, pricing y rentabilidad.

  • Manejo de pipeline, forecast y KPIs comerciales.

  • Excel nivel intermedio/avanzado.

  • Habilidades de negociación y comunicación.
