Responsibilities

The Store Manager is responsible for driving turnover to achieve targets while controlling expenses and managing stock shrinkage. They oversee people management, in-store merchandising strategy, and the execution of customer service standards.

Requirements

Candidates must possess a Matric certificate and a minimum of three years of retail experience. At least one year of experience in a store leadership role is required.

Responsibilities:  

  • Driving turnover to ensure the achievement of targets 
  • Controlling expenses 
  • Managing stock losses to ensure shrinkage is in line with the Company standard 
  • People management, including recruitment, development of staff, employee relations, performance management 
  • Executing in-store merchandising strategy and standards 
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by executing our customer service strategy and fulfilling the demands of our customers 

Qualifications & Exprience: 

  • A Matric certificate. 
  • Minimum 3 years retail experience with a minimum of 1 year store leadership experience.
