The Sleep Coach provides education and guidance on sleep therapy solutions while supporting customers through their sleep health journey. Responsibilities include managing clinic administration, coordinating sleep studies, and assisting with the fitting of medical devices.
Candidates should have experience in retail, customer service, or administration with a strong, empathetic approach to people. While a healthcare background is a bonus, it is not required as full training is provided.

As a Sleep Coach, you’ll work in our New Plymouth clinic supporting customers on their sleep health journey.
Reporting to the Team Leader, you’ll combine customer service, administration, and sales support in a highly rewarding, people-focused environment.
Supporting customers to improve their sleep health with empathy and care
Providing education and guidance on sleep therapy solutions
Assisting with sleep studies and coordinating with sleep physicians
Managing reception, appointments, and general administration
Recommending tailored solutions and supporting product sales
Creating a welcoming, professional in-clinic experience
Supporting customers with the fitting of sleep solutions
General cleaning and clinic operations
