The IT Analyst will provide Level 1-2 technical support for hardware, software, and warehouse management systems at the distribution center. They will also coordinate with facilities teams to troubleshoot interfaces and escalate complex issues to corporate support.
Candidates must have a high school diploma, with a bachelor's degree or technical college education preferred. The role requires 1-3 years of networking experience or a CCNP certification, along with 3 years of experience in desktop and warehouse systems support.
