El Rol
Tendrás el propósito de gestionar de manera exitosa la relación con los clientes organizando eficientemente los recursos, gestionando los procesos y conectando a las prácticas y equipos para alcanzar los objetivos del mismo y cubrir las necesidades alineada con la propuesta de valor de la compañía.
¿Qué harás?
● Tendrás un rol de liderazgo en el que serás responsable de mantener el contacto con cliente y equipo a nivel regional, también, identificarás y gestionaras los planes de carrera y proyección de tu equipo a cargo.
● Coordinarás reuniones semanales con los equipos de trabajo para llevar el seguimiento de los proyectos, detectar mejoras y resolver posibles problemas que puedan surgir en el transcurso de los mismos.
● Verificarás que las horas reportadas por los equipos están alineadas con lo pactado con cliente.
● Analizarás e implementarás eficiencias operacionales con la asignación correcta de los recursos y tiempos. Implementarás estrategias, tácticas, planes de coordinación, implementación y reporte de los resultados obtenidos.
● Gestionarás proveedores, socios externos, clientes, brand managers y agencias de medios.
● Colaborarás con los equipos para generar protocolos y casos de alto engagement con los consumidores.
● Asignarás los recursos necesarios para alcanzar los objetivos de cada cuenta en términos de perfiles, presupuesto y tiempo.
● Detectarás oportunidades de crecimiento en los clientes con los que trabajas garantizando el seguimiento de las propuestas, la efectividad de las estrategias marcadas.
● Serás responsable de gestionar el presupuesto de la cuenta.
