Lonza als führender Auftragshersteller von Antikörper Wirkstoff Konjugate (ADCs) besitzt langjährige Erfahrungen am Standort Visp für die klinischen und kommerzielle Produktion dieser aufstrebenden Klasse von Medikamenten. Die Erforschung und Herstellung von ADCs und anderen Biokonjugaten befinden sich weltweit in einer starken Wachstumsphase und somit auch in unserem Unternehmen, weshalb wir nach einen neuen und engagierten Laboratory Technician suchen, um unser Team Analytische Entwicklung am Standort Visp zu verstärken.
Als Mitglied unserer Abteilung bist Du an der Entwicklung, Optimierung und Validierung von analytischen Methoden für die prozessbegleitende Analytik und Freigabe von Biokonjugaten beteiligt. Du arbeitest nach ISO- und GMP Qualitätsrichtlinien, planst und bearbeitest eigenverantwortlich die dir zugeteilten Analysenaufträge und erstellst die dazugehörige Dokumentation.

Entwicklung, Optimierung und Validierung von analytischen Methoden wie zum Beispiel RP-, SE- und IEX-HPLC, icIEF, CE-SDS, UV/VIS-Spektroskopie und ELISA
Eigenständige Durchführung der geplanten Laborarbeiten gemäss dem definierten Zeitplan; angemessene Dokumentation der Rohdaten und Erstellen von Studienprotokollen, Arbeitsanweisungen und Berichten
Gewährleisten eines effizienten Laborbetriebs durch das Einhalten der Hygiene Vorschriften, Wartung und Unterhalt der Laborgeräte, Überwachung des Inventars und das rechtzeitige Beschaffung der Roh- und Verbrauchsmaterialien
Sicherstellen, dass die eigene Ausbildung auf dem neuesten Stand ist, einweisen und trainieren von Mitarbeitern auf spezifischen Instrumenten und Analysetechniken, flexibel und enthusiastisch um auch andere Aktivitäten innerhalb der Abteilung zu unterstützen
Berufslehre als Chemielaborant oder Bachelors in Chemie, Biologie oder vergleichbar ist erforderlich
Erste Erfahrung mit HPLC ist wünschenswert
Erste Erfahrung mit GMP ist ein Plus
Gute Deutschkenntnisse (in Wort und Schrift) sind benötigt und Grundkenntnisse in Englisch
