The operator is responsible for managing cable production processes, including assembly, crimping, soldering, and injection molding. They must ensure quality assurance, adhere to production plans, and maintain a clean and safe workspace.
Candidates should have at least a basic education and manual dexterity, with relevant experience and the ability to read technical drawings being an advantage. The role requires the ability to work in shifts and possess basic computer skills.

Főbb feladatok és felelősségek
Alapanyagok előkészítése és adagolása a gyártási folyamathoz.
Gyártási folyamatok ellenőrzése, a termékek minőségének folyamatos felülvizsgálata.
Kábelek szerelése, krimpelése, forrasztása, fröccsöntése
Hibák felismerése és jelentése, kisebb karbantartási feladatok elvégzése.
Gyártási tervek és határidők betartása.
A munkaterület tisztán és rendben tartása.
Részvétel a minőségbiztosítási folyamatokban és a folyamatos fejlesztésekben.
Munkavédelmi és biztonsági előírások szigorú betartása.

Minimum alapfokú végzettség.
