The role involves managing the procurement and availability of locally sourced materials, including canvassing, purchasing, and expediting deliveries. It also requires maintaining supplier records and monitoring vehicle spend reports.
The candidate must be able to perform PR-PO conversions in SAP and coordinate effectively with suppliers and internal agents. Proficiency in sourcing alternative fabricators and maintaining environmental standards is expected.

Job Summary:
1.Performs PR – PO conversion manually and in SAP. Performs canvassing and quotation related
activities for locally procured materials.
2. Contacts suppliers inquiring about deliveries and informing them of schedule changes if
necessary. Follows-up, expedites or defers deliveries based on the revised requirement in
coordination with SAA. Does pick-up of materials directly from suppliers if necessary.
3. Prepares expedited materials status reports, advising requistioner of potential service problems.
4. Sends and receives supplier related correspondence for and in behalf of the Sourcing &
Accreditation Agent.
5. Maintains and updates suppliers’ information in coordination with the Sourcing & Accreditation
Agent and Vendor Contract Administrator.
6. Monitors and maintains MP vehicles spend. Prepares monthly report vehicle spend.
7. Perform other tasks related to work designation as per instruction by his / her superior.
8. Ensures that tasks are carried out in accordance to set environmental standards and
procedures
