Collaborate on the definition and control of production processes, including tooling and equipment validation for new products. Develop manufacturing processes for New Product Introduction (NPI) while driving improvements in cycle time, cost of quality, and EHS actions.
Requires a Master's degree in Engineering or a Bachelor's degree with relevant work experience and fluency in both Italian and English. A mechanical background and the ability to lead moderate-scope initiatives are preferred.
