Descrizione del ruolo
Stiamo cercando un/una Distribution Account Manager motivato/a e orientato/a ai risultati, che opererà nel Nord est e principalmente in Emilia. Il ruolo prevede la gestione e lo sviluppo di relazioni strategiche con distributori e partner, con l’obiettivo di consolidare il fatturato, migliorare la redditività e ampliare la presenza sul mercato.
Responsabilità principali
Sviluppare e mantenere relazioni solide e collaborative con distributori e partner strategici.
Identificare nuove opportunità di distribuzione in settori chiave.
Elaborare e presentare piani commerciali basati su dati concreti.
Monitorare e ottimizzare i margini, gestendo efficacemente i sell-out.
Utilizzare Salesforce per la pianificazione e la gestione del pipeline commerciale.
Collaborare con team interni ed esterni in un’ottica di supporto reciproco.
Fornire supporto tecnico personalizzato ai clienti assegnati.
Promuovere attività di cross-selling presso clienti esistenti.
Requisiti e competenze
Esperienza consolidata in ambito vendite, gestione account o ruoli affini, preferibilmente nel settore della distribuzione
Ottime capacità comunicative, negoziali e relazionali
Conoscenza dei principi finanziari, inclusa la gestione del conto economico (P&L)
Competenze analitiche e capacità di interpretazione dei KPI
Padronanza del pacchetto Microsoft Office, in particolare Excel
Familiarità con Salesforce o altri strumenti CRM
Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese
Laurea in discipline economiche o formazione equiparabile
Attitudine proattiva, capacità di lavorare sia in team che in autonomia
Fascia retributiva (RAL): 40.000-45.000 € annui
Incentivo variabile sulle vendite: 35% della RAL
Modalità di lavoro: da remoto
Benefit aziendali: auto aziendale, PC, telefono cellulare e fondo di assistenza sanitaria
Contratto collettivo applicato: CCNL Chimico Industria - Livello B2
