En Kemin buscamos a un(a) Senior Application Engineer que quiera ir más allá de la ingeniería tradicional. Serás la persona que conecta la tecnología con los resultados del cliente, liderando instalaciones, arranques, optimizaciones y mejoras de sistemas de aplicación y dosificación en industrias como alimentos balanceados, rendering, pet food, procesamiento de alimentos y otras operaciones industriales.
Este rol combina conocimientos técnicos, contacto directo con clientes, trabajo en campo, automatización industrial y desarrollo de soluciones que generan valor tangible. Además, ofrece una ruta clara de crecimiento hacia puestos de liderazgo en KAS.

Como Senior Application Engineer, tendrás la oportunidad de:
✅ Licenciatura en ingeniería electromecánica, mecatrónica, eléctrica, hidromecánica o disciplinas afines.
✅ Entre 5 y 7 años de experiencia en entornos industriales, con trabajo directo en campo y atención a clientes.
✅ Experiencia práctica en:
✅ Capacidad para trabajar de forma autónoma, organizada y orientada a resultados.
✅ Excelente comunicación y capacidad para interactuar con clientes y equipos multidisciplinarios.
✅ Disponibilidad para viajar con frecuencia y participar ocasionalmente en instalaciones los fines de semana.
⭐ Experiencia en PLCs, automatización industrial y sistemas de control de planta.
⭐ Conocimientos en plataformas como WEM, RePete u otras tecnologías similares.
⭐ Experiencia en industrias como rendering, plantas de alimentos balanceados, pet food, procesamiento de alimentos, refrigeración o sistemas de bombeo industrial.
⭐ Potencial de liderazgo y capacidad futura para coordinar técnicos, contratistas y recursos de campo.
