Job Summary

1. Perform cleaning and repair work on damaged molds to ensure they are ready for use.
2. Inspect molds before sending them to the production department or placing them into storage.
3. Address and resolve mold quality problems that occur during production.
4. Carry out tasks assigned by the Quality Control Supervisor to achieve the department’s objectives and targets.

Job Description:

1.Clean molds that have been used in the forming process to ensure they are ready for reuse. 2.Maintain and repair molds and line-specific spare parts to ensure sufficient availability and rotation as required. 3.Inspect molds after maintenance, record maintenance activities, and resolve any issues related to molds during production and forming processes. 4.Deliver and store molds used during production in an organized and timely manner. 5.Perform other assigned tasks, including production support activities and collaboration with other departments. 6. Report work results, general events, problems, and other relevant information to the Foreman or Supervisor. 7.Cooperate with and follow the procedures of various management systems such as ISO, GHPs/HACCP.
