Lead the end-to-end development and transfer of new testers, jigs, and fixtures for new company products. Manage external subcontractors and internal resources while coordinating workflows across engineering, logistics, and operations.
Requires a B.Sc. in Mechanical or Electronic Engineering with at least 5 years of experience in technical project management. Must have a proven track record in designing test equipment and managing vendors, with professional fluency in English and Hebrew.
