We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Change Coordinator to join our team and play a key role in ensuring timely, compliant, and coordinated execution of design changes that affect the lifecycle of the devices.

As a Change Coordinator, you will be the engine behind the successful implementation of design and specification changes. Your work will enable Subject Matter Experts and project leaders to focus on strategic initiatives while you ensure smooth and efficient change execution across cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the Subject Matter Expert for Engineering Design Changes.

• Lead and manage the execution of changes, overseeing initiation, evaluation, and approval of changes.

• Coordinate stakeholder input and maintain momentum throughout the change process.

• Facilitate cross-functional reviews and implementation of changes with QA, RA, engineering, manufacturing and sourcing.

• Keep overview of tasks/projects in collaboration with project managers

• Capture lessons learned and contribute to continuous improvement.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor of Science or Academy Profession (AP) degree in a relevant technology field, or 10+ years of proven experience in a similar role within the medical device industry.

• Strong background in change and project coordination within medical device development, maintenance, and manufacturing.

• Excellent organizational, documentation, and communication skills.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate effectively across functions.

• Proactive mindset with attention to detail and a drive for continuous improvement.

• Solid understanding of regulatory and quality compliance requirements.

• Fluency in Danish and English.

• Ability to work on-site at our Herlev office as needed.
