Role OverviewThe Business Analyst is responsible for translating business needs into clear, actionable requirements and ensuring delivered solutions align with organisational objectives. They create and maintain core project artefacts, collaborate with developers on technical design, and support stakeholders throughout the full project lifecycle, from requirements elicitation through to deployment. Analytical, structured, and communicative, they drive continuous improvement by identifying gaps, managing change, and keeping delivery aligned with business goals.
