Als Food & Beverage Coordinator unterstützen Sie die operative und administrative Organisation der Food-&-Beverage-Abteilung und tragen dazu bei, einen reibungslosen Ablauf sowie höchste Qualitätsstandards in unseren Restaurants und Bars sicherzustellen.
Sie koordinieren und begleiten die täglichen organisatorischen innerhalb der Food-&-Beverage-Abteilung.
Als Schnittstelle zwischen der F&B-Leitung, den Outlet-Verantwortlichen, der Küche und weiteren Hotelabteilungen stellen Sie einen reibungslosen Informationsfluss sicher.
Durch Ihre regelmässige Präsenz in unseren Restaurants und Bars behalten Sie Abläufe, Standards und aktuelle organisatorische Anforderungen im Blick.
Sie unterstützen die F&B-Leitung bei administrativen und organisatorischen Aufgaben und sorgen für eine zuverlässige Nachverfolgung vereinbarter Massnahmen.
Die Pflege und Aktualisierung der Speise- und Getränkekarten sowie der dazugehörigen Preise, Angebote und Informationen liegt in Ihrem Verantwortungsbereich.
Mit einem ausgeprägten Qualitätsbewusstsein unterstützen Sie die konsequente Umsetzung unserer Standards und bringen sich aktiv in die kontinuierliche Optimierung von Abläufen und Prozessen ein.
Das bringen Sie mit
Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Hotel- oder Gastgewerbe, in der Hotellerie, Administration oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
Berufserfahrung im Food & Beverage, operative oder administrative, in der gehobenen Hotellerie oder Gastronomie.
Ausgeprägte organisatorische Fähigkeiten sowie eine strukturierte, zuverlässige und selbstständige Arbeitsweise.
Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Abteilungen.
Ein hohes Mass an Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Diskretion und Aufmerksamkeit für Details.
Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift; zusätzliche Sprachkenntnisse, insbesondere Italienisch, sind von Vorteil.
Flexibilität, Belastbarkeit und die Bereitschaft, in einem dynamischen Umfeld mit wechselnden Anforderungen zu arbeiten.
