Requires a degree in engineering and at least 5 years of experience in LV switchgear design within an industrial manufacturing environment. Candidates must possess strong leadership skills and knowledge of IEC 61439 standards and EPLAN software.

The main focus of this position is to lead and develop the electrical and mechanical engineering team to deliver high-quality, standardised, production-ready LVSA designs as well as to ensure on-time IFC release and seamless coordination with manufacturing, testing, and project execution.
