We are looking for an International Sales Operations Coordinator for our International Headquarters in Luxembourg.

• Assist in setting up registration pages and shops for new countries, events, and FPO shops.
• Configure products and promotions, ensuring they meet established standards and guidelines.
• Monitor global sales operations to ensure compliance with approved workflows, product offerings, and promotional timelines.
• Ensuring sales workflow are accurately set, properly configured, and fully compliant
• Track changes in registration pages, shops, and user permissions to maintain compliance integrity.
• Analyze sales workflows to identify bottlenecks and recommend solutions
• Evaluate customer behavior to suggest improvements in sales strategy and user experience.
• Support the review of promotion requests to ensure successful execution.
• Provide training to subsidiaries reaching specific turnover milestones.
• Address inquiries and support subsidiaries in adhering to global standards.
• Work with cross-functional teams (IT, legal, marketing, finance, etc.) to ensure seamless sales operations.
• Document operational guidelines and maintain records of compliance deviations.
• Coordinate with Continental HQs to ensure that all sales operations are taking place and managed.
• Communicate updates, standards, and changes to all relevant parties.

• Strong Project Management Skills
• Strong Time Management and Problem-Solving Skills
• Fluent in English – additional languages are considered an advantage
• Strong Organization Skills
• Experience in Sales / Network Marketing is considered an advantage
• Professional Written and Verbal Communication and Interpersonal Skills
• 2+ years in relevant work or equivalent experience
