• Support the Team: Assist with preparation for meetings and activities and tasks’ follow-through, managing logistics for key events and meetings.
• Project Management: Lead and coordinate special projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with strategic goals.
• Communication: Help draft and edit internal communications, including presentations, reports, and emails.
• Research and Analysis: Conduct research and provide insights on workforce trends, competitive landscape, and strategic initiatives.
• Governance and stakeholder Engagement: Liaise with internal teams, clients, and partners to support foster strong relationships and support tight connect of all activities with business needs.

• Completed Batchelor degree, currently enrolled in a Master’s degree program, preferably in Human Resources, Business, Management, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and various AI tools (EKX, Joule Work Desktop, other)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong business understanding and prior experience in a corporate setting.
