The Steward Team Leader oversees all stewarding operations during a shift to ensure adherence to Hilton policies and procedures. They are responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and sanitation across all kitchen areas, equipment, and utensils.
Candidates must have at least 2 years of experience in a 5-star hotel and a minimum of 2 years as a Steward in an international brand. A Junior Middle School diploma or equivalent is required, along with a valid health certificate and knowledge of HACCP standards.
