Lead blowmolding production lines to meet targets for OEE, scrap, and downtime while ensuring safety and quality compliance. Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, and MP&L teams to drive continuous improvement and manage trial builds for new products.
Requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and at least 2 years of manufacturing experience, specifically in blow molding or plastics. Must possess strong leadership skills, proficiency in SAP, and a command of the English language.
