The Director of Sales is responsible for developing and executing sales activity plans to optimize room occupancy and F&B revenues. This includes managing sales executives, designing customer offers, and representing the hotel at national and international trade fairs.
The role requires a senior professional capable of managing sales quotas and conducting detailed market and competitor analyses. Experience in organizing site inspections, famtrips, and coordinating with C&E and Reservations departments is essential.

Co-ordinates the hotel’s sales activities with the aim of optimal room occupancy and high accommodation and F&B sales and other revenues
Develops, designs and calculates attractive offers for individual customers, travel agents and companies
Monitors offers, options and cancellations for repeat bookings for groups, conventions, and seminars with the C&E Department and Reservations
Holds weekly Sales Meetings - follow up and control of sales quotas for the Sales Executives.
Ensures permanent observation of the market and competitors, involvement in drawing up analyses of competitors and statistics.
Implements sales promotion actions in-house, locally, regionally and supra-regionally.
Represents the Hotel at national and international specialist trade fairs and workshops, by agreement with the Business Development area.
Organises and manages promotions, site inspections and famtrips.
