Candidates must hold an advanced degree with 3 years of experience or a bachelor's degree with 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical or biotechnology manufacturing. You must also possess at least 2 years of supervisory experience in a GMP environment and expertise in aseptic processing.

As a Formulation Manufacturing Supervisor, you will lead daily manufacturing operations in a sterile production environment, ensuring compliance with GMP, safety, quality, and production targets. You will be responsible for supervising and developing a team of approximately 50 employees, coordinating formulation activities, optimizing production performance, and ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality products. Working cross-functionally with Quality, Engineering, Maintenance, and Supply Chain, you will drive operational excellence, continuous improvement, and a strong culture of safety and compliance.
