Gestalten Sie globale digitale Commerce- und CRM-Exzellenz als Expert CRM (all genders) bei der KWS SAAT SE & Co. KGaA.

 

Übernehmen Sie die Verantwortung für internationale Plattformprojekte – entwickeln und implementieren Sie Digital-Commerce-Lösungen. Übersetzen Sie Kundenbedürfnisse in skalierbare Lösungen und arbeiten Sie mit globalen Stakeholdern zusammen, um die Zukunft des B2B-Commerce aktiv zu gestalten.

 

Die Position ist unbefristet und in Vollzeit an unserer Zentrale am Standort Einbeck (Süd-Niedersachsen) zu besetzen.

 

 

 Ihre Aufgaben:

 

  • Zentraler Projektmanager und Schnittstellenkoordinator zwischen Vertrieb, Marketing, CRM, IT und externen Partnern
  • Übersetzung von Geschäfts-, Vertriebs- und Kundenanforderungen in skalierbare Digital-Commerce-Funktionalitäten
  • Übernahme der Product-Owner-Rolle mit Fokus auf Skalierbarkeit, Performance, Sicherheit und Stabilität der B2B-Commerce-Plattformen und Kundenportale
  • Erhebung, Strukturierung und Dokumentation von Anforderungen und User Stories (z. B. Account-Based Pricing, Nachbestellungen, Angebote)
  • Balance zwischen Standardfunktionen der Plattform und individuellen Entwicklungen
  • Priorisierung von Features und Weiterentwicklungen basierend auf Business Value, Kundenwirkung und technischer Umsetzbarkeit
  • Verantwortung für den Backlog sowie Sicherstellung der Abstimmung zwischen Fachbereichen und Entwicklungsteams
  • Sicherstellung der termingerechten Lieferung im Rahmen von Umfang, Qualität und Budget
  • Koordination von Tests, User Acceptance und Go-live-Aktivitäten

 

 

Ihr Profil:

 

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium mit Schwerpunkt Marketing, Wirtschaft oder vergleichbar
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Umgang mit CRM-Systemen und im Management von Kundendaten
  • Fundiertes Prozessverständnis: Fähigkeit zur Analyse und Optimierung von Geschäftsabläufen
  • Starke Kommunikations- und Stakeholder-Management-Fähigkeiten auf allen Ebenen sowie bereichsübergreifende Zusammenarbeit
  • Ausgeprägte Problemlösungskompetenz und analytisches Denken
  • Engagierte, begeisterungsfähige Persönlichkeit mit Interesse an CRM-Innovationen und Best Practices der Branche
  • Selbstständige Arbeitsweise, Hands-on-Mentalität und Fähigkeit, komplexe Zusammenhänge ganzheitlich zu denken
  • Erfahrung mit Salesforce ist von Vorteil – insbesondere mit Sales Cloud oder Commerce Cloud sowie Kenntnisse in Konfiguration und Reporting
  • Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse; weitere Sprachen sind ein Plus
