Proven experience as a Bartender or Senior Bartender in a hospitality environment with strong knowledge of spirits and wine. Fluency in both English and Portuguese is required, along with the ability to lead a team in a fast-paced setting.

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Bartender to lead the daily bar operations within our venue. This role combines hands-on beverage execution with team supervision, quality control, and operational organization.
The Bartender ensures consistency, efficiency, and an elevated guest experience while supporting management in maintaining performance and service standards.

Prepare and supervise cocktails and beverages according to standards.
Maintain stock, bar setup, and organization.
Train and guide bartenders to maintain high performance.
Support menu updates and new cocktail development.
Monitor inventory, assist with stock counts, and reduce waste.
Ensure compliance with SOPs and operational procedures.
Deliver an engaging and professional guest experience.
Mixology expertise: Monitors and manages the ordering of all beer, wine, spirits, and bar tools and equipment and Have full knowledge of all menu items, garnishes, contents , costing and preparation methods
Proven experience as Bartender or Senior Bartender in a hospitality environment.
Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wine, and beverage service standards.
Fluency in English an Portuguese is a must (additional languages valued).
Ability to lead a team in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Hands-on leadership style.
