The Head of Inbound Logistics Plant is responsible for managing the inbound logistics department, including receiving, warehousing, and production line feeding for a team of approximately 70 employees. They will oversee strategic planning, budget management, workforce allocation, and provide technical and disciplinary leadership to the team.
Requirements
Candidates must possess a technical degree and 1-3 years of relevant professional experience. Strong leadership, analytical, and organizational skills are required, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP.

We are looking for an Head of Inbound Logistics Plant for our plant in Hunedoara
Responsibilities:
Support the strategic planning of the department by translating organizational objectives into short and medium-term operational plans and initiatives;
Plan, monitor, and manage the budget within the area of responsibility, ensuring alignment with departmental and company targets;
Participate in workforce planning in collaboration with management, ensuring the effective allocation of employees according to their skills, qualifications, and business needs;
Coordinate staffing, shift planning, and scheduling activities to ensure optimal resource utilization and achievement of operational objectives;
Provide technical and disciplinary leadership to the team, making personnel-related decisions in close cooperation with the HR department and direct supervisor;
Communicate, prioritize, and cascade departmental and company objectives to team members, ensuring clear direction and accountability;
Manage a Team of around 70x Employees (direct and indirect) in the Area of Inbound (Receiving, Warehousing and Production Line Feeding).
Requirements:
Technical degree (college/university) and 1-3 years of relevant professional experience, or equivalent qualifications;
Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities;
Strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills;
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and SAP program;
Good English language skills;
A proactive, results-oriented, and business-minded approach.
