Implement the Claims Quality Assurance framework by conducting comprehensive reviews of claim files and identifying regulatory or compliance issues. Provide detailed commentary on findings and coordinate feedback with relevant claims teams to ensure corrective actions are documented.
Candidates should ideally be a Certified Insurance Practitioner (CIP) with an extensive background in motor, property, and litigation claims handling. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and previous audit experience are required.
Reporting to the Assistant Manager, you will participate in implementing the Claims Quality Assurance frame work which will include comprehensive claims reviews, compiling succinct reports on finding with corrective actions documented and adherence to specific deadline.
This role has a CF5 & CF6 control function designation.
