Responsibilities

The role involves designing and governing the Total Reward Strategy and Employee Value Proposition to attract and retain talent. It also includes supervising payroll, ensuring administrative compliance, and monitoring labor costs in collaboration with Finance.

Siamo alla ricerca di una figura di Compensation & Benefits and HR Administration Manager di talento per unirsi al nostro team HR. Cerchiamo un professionista con almeno 5 anni di esperienza nel ruolo, maturata in società strutturate del settore farmaceutico.

La risorsa sarà inserita all'interno del dipartimento Risorse Umane a diretto riporto dell'HR Director, assumendo un ruolo chiave nella definizione e nel governo dell’architettura dei sistemi premianti e del costo del lavoro.

L’obiettivo principale sarà costruire un'Employee Value Proposition (EVP) distintiva, capace di attrarre e trattenere i migliori talenti, garantendo al contempo equità interna, competitività di mercato e conformità normativa.


Responsabilità Principali

Strategia e Governance:

  • Progettare e implementare la Total Reward Strategy in linea con gli obiettivi di business.
  • Condurre attività di Benchmarking settoriale (Life Sciences) per assicurare un posizionamento competitivo.
  • Progettare, in sinergia con altre funzioni aziendali, i piani di incentivazione variabile legati ai KPI critici.

Payroll e Amministrazione del Personale:

  • Supervisionare il processo Payroll, garantendo l'accuratezza dei calcoli fiscali e contributivi.
  • Assicurare la Compliance Amministrativa durante l'intero ciclo di vita del dipendente.
  • Gestire le relazioni con enti istituzionali (INPS, INAIL) e fondi di categoria.
  • Monitorare il costo del lavoro, collaborando con l'area Finance per attività di budgeting e forecasting.

Requisiti Tecnici (Hard Skills)

  • Esperienza Professionale: Almeno 5 anni nel ruolo di Compensation & Benefits e amministrazione del personale in aziende strutturate del settore farmaceutico (o Life Sciences).
  • Titolo di Studio: Laurea magistrale in Economia o affini.
  • Costituisce titolo preferenziale: Master o specializzazione in Human Resources, Organizzazione o Compensation & Benefits.
  • Esperienza Normativa: Approfondita conoscenza del CCNL Chimico-Farmaceutico e della legislazione del lavoro italiana.
  • Data Analysis: Padronanza avanzata di Excel e strumenti di HR Analytics per la modellazione retributiva.
  • Valutazione delle Posizioni: Conoscenza di metodologie di pesatura del ruolo.
  • Competenze Finanziarie: Capacità di analisi del bilancio e comprensione degli impatti fiscali dei benefit.
  • Lingue Straniere: Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese per l'interazione con stakeholder internazionali.

  • Visione Strategica: Capacità di trasformare le esigenze aziendali in soluzioni di reward efficaci.
  • Integrità: Etica professionale nella gestione di dati sensibili.
  • Precisione: Estrema accuratezza nella gestione dei flussi amministrativi.
  • Comunicazione: Capacità di influenzare e supportare il management nelle decisioni retributive.

Cosa Offriamo

  • Contratto: Assunzione a tempo indeterminato.
  • Retribuzione: RAL 70K-80K + Bonus
  • Total Reward: Il pacchetto retributivo è completato da un sistema di benefit competitivo, allineato alla seniority e alle responsabilità previste dal ruolo.
  • Sede: Roma (modalità di lavoro ibrida con 2 gg di SW settimanali).
  • Contesto Professionale: Un ruolo ad alta visibilità con riporto diretto alla Direzione HR, in un ambiente dinamico e internazionale.
