The agent is responsible for welcoming guests, identifying their needs prior to arrival, and promoting hotel services. They must ensure guest satisfaction, manage emergency incidents, and perform room checks before guest arrival.
Candidates should have professional experience in 5-star hotel units and fluency in Greek and English, with other foreign languages being a plus. Proficiency in the OPERA system and a customer-oriented personality are highly desired.
