The Home Therapy Registered Nurse provides patient training and ongoing support for individuals choosing home dialysis modalities. Responsibilities include conducting home environment assessments, documenting nursing services in EMR, and managing patient supply inventories.
Candidates must hold a current RN license and CPR certification, with at least 12 months of clinical nursing experience. Proficiency in English and basic computer skills are required, along with the ability to distinguish primary colors.

The Home Therapy Registered Nurse, as qualified by federal and state regulations, provides patient training and ongoing support for all patients choosing a home dialysis modality. This position is accountable for providing quality care to all patients and is committed to delivering superior customer service in all internal and external interactions.
