The Lead is responsible for supervising staff, managing schedules, and ensuring the delivery of person-centered services for clients. They also oversee daily operations, maintain facility safety, and foster a supportive environment for both staff and individuals served.
A high school diploma is mandatory, while a bachelor's degree in Human Services and two years of relevant experience are preferred. Candidates must possess a valid driver's license, pass background checks, and demonstrate the ability to perform physical tasks related to client care and facility maintenance.
