The Senior Professional Nurse supports the Unit Manager in ensuring safe patient care and mitigating clinical risks within the emergency centre. They are responsible for coordinating care delivery, managing the client experience, and providing mentorship to new and student nurses.
Candidates must hold a Professional Nurse qualification with midwifery and a Postgraduate Diploma in Emergency Nursing. A minimum of 3 years of hospital experience and 1 year of mentorship experience is required.
