The Production Operator is responsible for preparing production rooms and equipment, as well as performing sterile filling, weighing, mixing, and filtering of raw materials. They must also conduct in-process quality controls and ensure the sterilization of equipment while adhering to strict safety and quality standards.
Candidates must have a completed vocational training as a pharmaceutical technologist, chemical technician, or a similar technical/scientific field. Proficiency in German is required, along with a willingness to work in a 2-shift system and experience in GMP or cleanroom environments.

Vorbereitung und Nachbereitung von Produktionsräumen, Anlagen und Materialien für die sterile Abfüllung.
Eigenständiges Wiegen, Mischen, Filtrieren und Prüfen von Rohstoffen, Einsatzmaterialien und Ansatzlösungen
Bedienung und Überwachung von Produktionsanlagen, Medienversorgungssystemen und Dampfautoklaven
Durchführung von Inprozesskontrollen, Filterintegritätstests sowie weiteren qualitätsrelevanten Prüfungen
Reinigung, Sterilisation und Autoklavierung von Behältern, Kleinteilen und Produktionsmaterialien unter Einhaltung höchster Qualitätsstandards
