The Portfolio Governance & Process Analyst will help ensure projects are governed efficiently and proportionately. They will identify risks and opportunities, improve governance frameworks, and enhance consistency across portfolio PMOs and delivery teams.
Candidates should have proven experience in change control, document management, and stage gate reviews within large-scale infrastructure programmes. A strong understanding of regulated industries and the ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships is also required.

We’re now looking for a Portfolio Governance & Process Analyst to help ensure our projects are governed efficiently, proportionately, and with confidence.
Working closely with our Portfolio Governance, Process & Change Manager, you’ll play a key role in strengthening governance across the portfolio. Using data, insight, and analysis, you’ll:
Your work will help leaders focus on what matters most – enabling the successful delivery of critical energy infrastructure that will power the UK for generations.
Location: Warwick (hybrid working – blend of office and home).
A competitive salary between £48,000 - £61,000 – dependent on capability.
As well as your base salary, you will receive a bonus based on personal performance and a competitive contributory pension scheme where we will double match your contribution to a maximum company contribution of 12%. National Grid Strategic Infrastructure is a Business Unit created to propel our grid forward to deliver in 5 years, what has been achieved in the previous 30. By 2030 we aim to have 17 new major infrastructure projects live across England, Scotland and Wales.
