The MSAT Chemist supports the transfer of commercial GMP processes from labs to manufacturing suites and ensures robust process performance. They also provide technical troubleshooting during production and lead process optimization initiatives.
Candidates must hold a Ph.D. in synthetic organic chemistry or equivalent professional experience. Proficiency in process scale-up, preparative chromatography, and cGMP standards is required.

Der MSAT Chemiker unterstützt Prozesstransfers kommerzieller GMP Prozesses aus den HAPI Labs in die HKSM (HAPI Kilo Suite Manufacturing) und/oder Apollo Betrieb in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Produktionspersonal, Projektteam und Kunden
Er unterstützt die in kommerzielle Produktion der hochpotenter Produkte in den bei der Bearbeitung von Problemen während der Einfahrphase und während der regulären Produktion (Troubleshooting, Use-Test, Fehlersuche, Hypothesentests,..) und bei Qualifizierungsaufgaben (neue Lieferanten, Edukte,…)
In seiner Rolle als MSAT Chemiker entwickelt er ein exzellentes Prozessverständnis und sichert eine robuste Verfahrensführung und Produktion
Er führt und entwickelt die zugewiesenen Laboranten, und leistet in der Abteilung einen Beitrag als Prozessoptimierungs-Spezialist
Hochschulausbildung als Chemiker (Ph.D. oder gleichwertige Berufserfahrung) in synthetischer organischer Chemie.
Erfahrung in Prozess Scale Up und Prozessentwicklung sowie Erfahrung im Umgang mit präparativer Chromatographie sind erwünscht
Kenntnisse in Problemlösungstechniken, statistischer Prozessdatenauswertung sowie cGMP sind von Vorteil
Sie sind flexibel, selbständig und besitzen eine gute Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit sowie Freude an interdisziplinärer Zusammenarbeit
Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sind erforderlich
