Your role

We are looking for a motivated Sales & Growth Associate who will support and strengthen REPS' commercial growth activities.

This is a supporting role within our sales team, working closely with our senior sales colleagues, with the prospect of owning large strategic accounts independently as you grow with the role. That said, from day one you will get real responsibilities and your own areas to shape, whether that is our CRM setup, outreach materials, a set of leads, specific parts of our sales process (e.g. pre-lead, aftersales, etc.) and more. We look out for someone to bring ideas, take initiative and make these areas genuinely your own, while rapidly adapting to a fast paced environment. Eventually there is the opportunity to grow into a more independent commercial role as time progresses and more experience is gained. This might also include going to international events or off-site business meetings with our senior sales colleagues.

In short: You will help the sales team run smoothly, take ownership of clearly defined areas and grow the commercial pipeline alongside a highly motivated, interdisciplinary and intercultural team.

Your tasks

• Take responsibility for market prioritisation, customer research and lead (pre-)qualification within your assigned segment(s)
• Use and continuously improve our CRM (Hubspot) to ensure accurate, current and well structured pipeline data
• Help shape account documentation for potential customers across various industries such as ports, logistics, energy, infrastructure, mobility, and the public sector
• Coordinate scheduling, preparing and following up customer meetings and pilot discussions, and always suggest improvements where you see room for them (we value a culture of open dialogue and constructive criticism that helps us grow together at all times)
• Support in building reporting routines that the wider team relies on and ensures that no crucial information is going under the radar
• Support senior colleagues on strategic accounts (on-site and occasionally at international events or off-site business meetings) with the clear goal of progressively taking on larger and more independent responsibilities on your own, eventually acquiring and developing your own accounts

Your profile

• A relevant academic degree (e.g. in business, economics, engineering or a related field) and a genuine interest in B2B sales and commercial development
• First experience in sales, business development, customer service or related areas
• Strong organisational skills, high discipline and attention to detail, especially when managing CRM data and follow ups
• Good communication skills and comfort in interacting with customers, partners and across our tech- and business departments.
• Curiosity and willingness to learn quickly, take initiative and pick up new responsibilities
• An ownership mindset, comfortable making a defined area genuinely your own and driving it forward
• A structured, reliable and proactive working style
• Fluent English skills for daily communication with customers, partners and the internal team

• Experience working with (preferably) Hubspot or another CRM system
• Prior exposure to energy, infrastructure, mobility or industrial sectors
• Interest in growing into a more senior, independent sales role
• Native level German
