Your role

We are looking for a motivated Sales Intern who wants to get more into B2B sales and support our sales team in laying the foundation to scale the customer base globally.

To start with, this is a supporting sales role. We are looking for curiosity, energy and a willingness to take ownership early on. We offer you to genuinely help define what this internship looks like. Depending on your interests and strengths, you will get the freedom to shape your own focus areas within the sales team, whether that is research, CRM work, outreach support or similar. You will also regularly be given to chance to join sales meetings and gain insights in a variety of industries with stakeholders across the globe.

In short: You will support our sales team across a variety of tasks, and you will have real freedom to shape your own role within that, with the prospect of moving into a full time position with us, either alongside your ongoing studies or after you complete them.

Your tasks

• Support the sales team with day to day tasks such as research, data management, elaborating materials and preparing as well as following-up meetings
• Help keep our CRM (Hubspot) up to date and organised
• Assist with identifying and researching potential customers in ports, logistics, energy, infrastructure, mobility, industry and the public sector
• Join sales meetings and debriefs, thereby taking actions that help the team secure contracts and expand the business
• Bring your own ideas and propose focus areas or small projects you would like to take ownership of within the sales team as this can shape your potential full-time job profile within the sales team

Your profile

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree, or already holding one - ideally in business, economics, engineering or a technically related field
• Genuine interest in sales and gaining insights in how a young company rapidly grows into a globally active company
• First exposure to sales in previous job or internships
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail as well as high-level discipline in working with important and complex data
• Good communication skills and comfort in interacting with various internal and external stakeholders
• Proactive attitude, curiosity, the willingness to familiarize yourself with many different industries our customers operate in and a technology that is unique in the world - all by actively listening and asking the right questions (no one is a REPS expert right from the beginning)
• Comfortable taking initiative and shaping your own tasks rather than only waiting for instructions
• Fluent English skills for daily communication with customers, partners and the internal team
• Interest in energy, infrastructure, mobility and deep-tech in general
• Interest in possibly continuing with REPS in a full time sales role

Bonus:

• First experience with (preferably) Hubspot or another CRM system
• Native level German
