Assess customer needs to recommend appropriate fire pump controllers and provide ongoing technical after-sales support. Coordinate with engineering and suppliers to resolve technical issues and manage spare parts requests.
Requires a college diploma in Electromechanical, Electronic, Electrical, or Automation and Controls with at least 2 years of relevant technical experience. Must be proficient in English and Microsoft 365 with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
